It gives us great pleasure in announcing that the construction of project Platinum Tower is progressing on schedule.

We would like to take this opportunity to give you a brief update on the current status of works at Platinum Tower.

Work Completion Status:
The Substructure works like piling works (by M/s BFCC), Pile cap foundation & Lift Core Foundation, Waterproofing, Substation Trenches, Water tank and Septic Tank etc were completed including backfilling and Antitermite treatment as required.

The Superstructure concreting works for Column, Beams and Slabs were completed for Ground Floor, 1st Podium – 5th Podium (car park level), 1st Floor – 9th Floor Typical. The core wall concreting works up to 10th Floor Typical is completed. The superstructure Block works for 1st Podium – 2nd Floor Typical (9 Levels), construction of Telephone / Electrical room up to Podium-5 was completed. The structural topping for HCS with electrical conduiting is completed up to 6th Floor Typical (11 levels.)

Staircase -1 civil works completed up to 4th Floor Typical and Staircase-2 civil works completed up to 7th floor Typical and plastering up to 2nd Floor Typical.

Further preparation and finalization for various follow up works activities in order for finishes is going on. Special branded products finalization is being done, all as per project requirements and specifications.

Works in Progress Status:
The Superstructure concreting works for Column, Beams and Slabs are in progress for 8th Floor – 9th Floor Typical, Core wall concreting works are ahead at 9th – 10th Floor Typical. Concurrently the swimming pool works are in nearly completion at 1st Floor Level. The plastering works are commenced following the block work and it is in progress at GF-1st Podium level. The structural topping for HCS slab with electrical conduiting is in progress at 4th -5th Podium level and the block work is in progress at 2nd Floor Typical.

Primary fix for Electrical works, AC ducting, Area drain fixing and Firefighting & Drainage works are in progress following the civil works completion.

Look Ahead Works:
The following works are planned as per look ahead programme.
11th & 12th Floor – Core wall works.
10th & 11th Floor – Columns, Beams and HSC Slabs.
Structural topping for 1st – 3rd Floor Typical.
Completion of Swimming pool civil works.
All MEP works as scheduled /to be followed civil works completion.

Modifications / Alterations
Moreover, we wish to state that as the internal block wall partition works has commenced, if there are any changes / alterations required by you in the internal partition walls and MEP services, please do let us know at the earliest so that these changes can be incorporated on site.
